Review fit and proportion

Try the sample on the intended size and note shoulder position, bust and waist ease, garment length, sleeve movement, and how the skirt falls.

Use measurements and marked-up photos so the requested revision is specific and easy to understand.

Check the construction details

Compare seams, closures, hems, lining, prints, trims, and labels against the approved brief. Look at the inside as well as the outside of the garment.

Prioritize revisions. Separate must-fix points from preferences that can wait for a later collection.

Confirm production readiness

Once the sample direction is approved, record the final specifications, size range, color choices, quantity, packaging, and delivery plan.

Keep the approved sample and written production details connected so the bulk order follows the decisions made during development.
